Taylors Lazy Sunday Coffee Beans 1kg
A light roast with milk chocolate notes and gentle citrus for a soft easy going flavor, perfect for a weekend of relaxation.
A little tip: Before you add your grounds, you should pre-heat the press using a small amount of the boiling water, because should the coffee come in contact with hot water too quickly it may over extract and produce undesirable elements in the cup.

Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a drink that is delicious on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.
We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let 1 kg of coffee beans for four minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as it can result in unpleasant odors appearing in the cup.
Strength - 3 is gentle and easygoing, perfect for lazy weekends.

Stores
Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast that has an uplifting citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a smooth touch and a soft mouthfeel. The cocoa-like hints can be traced back to the winter days sitting on the sofa reading a good book with a warm family hug. To brew the coffee, first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from absorbing too much and creating unwanted elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has just been boiled. For four minutes, simmer, take a plunge and relax.
